Public peer support · official sources still control
CommunityGuidelines

Community standard

Useful help without unsafe shortcuts.

Compass Community is a moderated peer-support space. It is not a regulator, recruiter, employer, immigration adviser or private support channel.

01

Protect every identity

Do not post a full legal name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, passport, PRC or overseas licence number, application ID, patient information, private correspondence, contract or document image.

02

Share experience, not certainty

State what happened in your own case and when. Do not guarantee eligibility, processing time, registration, employment, sponsorship, visa approval or deployment clearance.

03

No recruitment or paid offers

No vacancies, referral links, agency promotion, paid document help, payment requests, sponsorship sales or requests to continue through private messaging.

04

Protect exam integrity

No recalled questions, leaked materials, answer trading, coaching scams, credential fraud or requests to bypass an assessment.

05

Keep clinical stories unidentifiable

Do not disclose anything that could identify a patient, family, coworker, employer incident or confidential workplace matter.

06

Disagree professionally

No harassment, discrimination, threats, doxxing, personal attacks or claims that another member is not a real nurse. Aliases are not professionally verified.

07

Use authority links carefully

Only official-source domains already verified in the directory may be supplied. A link does not make the author’s interpretation official.

08

Keep approvals separate

Professional registration, a job offer, immigration permission and Philippine deployment clearance remain separate decisions.

How moderation works

Every nurse contribution is reviewed before publication.

  1. SubmitThe server checks identity, length, duplicate requests, rate limits and likely privacy risks.
  2. ReviewA moderator reviews every nurse-submitted discussion and reply for safety, privacy and community scope.
  3. PublishApproved contributions become public; moderation does not verify professional eligibility or guarantee that advice is current.
  4. Act transparentlyModerators can approve, hide, restore or suspend, and each decision is recorded in a private audit trail.

When to report

Report exposed personal information, recruitment or payment solicitations, impersonation, harassment, exam-security violations or a dangerous pathway claim. A report starts review; it does not itself decide that content is wrong.
